Meet THe Board of Directors 2024-2025

Candace Adamson, ACP - Co-Region 5 Director

Candace has called Casper, Wyoming home since 2003.  In 2016, she earned her Associate of Arts Degree in Paralegal Studies from Casper College as a non-traditional student.  She became a Certified Paralegal through NALA in October 2018, and also earned two advancements to her CP credential, one in discovery and one in trial practice.

Candace began her legal career at 20 years old working at Murane & Bostwick, LLC; first starting out as a secretary and working her way up to a paralegal position.  She has also worked for several other law offices before finding her way to The Spence Law Firm, LLC in March 2022.  Most of her experience involves assisting attorneys in various types of law but mainly civil litigation defense work, including personal injury and medical malpractice.  However, Candace has always had a passion advocating for others and is thrilled to be using her experience and knowledge to help those who truly need it with her current firm.

She is married to her high school sweetheart, Rick, and they have two teenagers.  In her spare time, she loves playing board games and pass the paddle (listening to music) with her family, kayaking and walking/running with her friends during the warmer months, and going on long walks with and training her two Labrador retrievers.

In addition to serving as LAW's Co-Director of Region 5, Candace is also LAW's current President and Region 1 Director.

Delaney Voigt - Co-Region 5 Director

Delaney grew up in the tiny town of DeSmet, South Dakota, home of the Laura Ingalls Wilder family and homestead.  In her teen years, she moved with her family to Sturgis, South Dakota, where she enjoyed the nature and history of the Black Hills.  She graduated from the University of South Dakota with a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Social Work.  After graduation, she began her Wyoming journey at the Department of Family Services in Afton, working to provide services to individuals and families in need.  Delaney joined The Spence Law Firm, LLC in May 2023, working as a paralegal to Michael Lutz.  She has now called Pinedale, Wyoming home for nearly 3 years.

Outside of work, Delaney spends much of her time enjoying the great Wyoming wilderness with her fiancĂ©, going rock hunting, hiking, and cross-country skiing.  When she's not outside, you can usually find her reading with her cat, Valentine, or in the kitchen experimenting with new receipts.

In addition to serving as LAW's co-Director of Region 5, Delaney is also LAW's current Secretary.
