This one hour webinar will cover the requirements of Rule 26 initial disclosures for Federal and Wyoming State Courts. It will be a hands on presentation from the preparation of material to disclose to drafting the disclosure.

About Your Speaker:
Anita Schroeder is a Certified Legal Assistant with a Specialty Designation in Civil Litigation from the National Association of Legal Assistants. Anita is a graduate of the Paralegal Program at Casper College and has been a Paralegal since 1990. During her career Anita is proud to say that she has worked for some of the best attorneys in the Region, beginning her career at Williams, Porter, Day and Neville where she worked with defense attorneys representing such clients as Casper College, Natrona County School District and True Industries. From there she moved to Chapman, Valdez where she learned that her true passion is representing people who have been injured due to no fault of their own. After a brief stint at Beatty, Wozniak and Reese doing oil and gas work she moved back into Plaintiff’s work and personal injury with Grant Lawson and is currently working for the Metier Law Firm. She is a past member of the ABA Advisory Board at Casper College and a past member of the CLE Committee of The Wyoming State Bar Association. Anita has been active in Legal Assistants of Wyoming since its founding and has served on the Board of Directors in various capacities including President. She is also member of the Paralegal Section of the Wyoming Trial Lawyers Association and has been active in the support, education and advancement of paralegals in Wyoming for over 29 years.
