Join us for an engaging and thought-provoking CLE presentation exploring the science of memory and its impact on eyewitness testimony in the courtroom. This presentation will provide an overview of the dynamics of memory along with exploring the reliability and validity of memory in eye witness testimony.  In addition, we will examine some of the issues surrounding eye witness testimony such as how to maintain or improve the integrity of eye witness accounts, and some of the concerns legal professionals should consider around memory dynamics and eye witness testimonies.

Why you should attend:

Understanding the dynamics of memory is essential for attorneys, judges, paralegals, and investigators alike. This program will help you identify potential pitfalls in eyewitness testimony, assist attorneys in effectively questioning witnesses and experts, and strengthen your overall case strategy.
