Kathleen Davis was born and raised in San Diego, California. She graduated with a bachelor’s in criminal justice from Chapman University in October 2004. Kathleen has lived in Casper, Wyoming since June 2022. Kathleen has 2 kids from her previous marriage: Alyssa and Grady; and 4 stepchildren with her fiancé, Darren: Jade, Easton, Brayden, and Brooklyn. In her spare time, Kathleen enjoys spending time in the outdoors with her family, going hunting, archery shooting, or watching the kids play sports (baseball, softball, or soccer).

Kathleen spent 17 years working at Sportsman’s Warehouse as a department manager, until she made a career change as a paralegal at Williams, Porter, Day & Neville, P.C. in April 2022. In May 2022, she graduated from Casper College with a post bachelor’s certificate in Paralegal Studies. She received her NALA CP certification in June of 2023 and shortly thereafter in January 2024, she received an ACP credential through NALA in Family Law - Child Custody, Support and Visitation. 

 She has been a member of LAW since 2022 and looks forward to continue serving as LAW's Treasurer during the 2025–2026 fiscal year.
