Cynthia has lived in Casper, Wyoming since 1979.  She went to Crest Hill Elementary, CY Junior High, and Natrona County High School.  After high school, she completed her Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Wyoming.

Cynthia began her work in the legal field as a clerk in Natrona County Circuit Court.  She then moved to the True companies as a legal assistant.  After completing the Paralegal Program at Casper College, she became a Certified Paralegal and is now an Advanced Certified Paralegal through NALA.

She is married to Kyle and has a daughter, Ashton.  In her spare time, she enjoys reading, playing board and card games, concert going, and playing with her 3 dogs and 2 cats.

She has been a member of LAW since 2022, and is excited to serve as the President-Elect for the 2025–2026 term.
