![]() | Michelle Gress serves as Senior Paralegal to attorney M. Kristeen Hand at The Spence Law Firm. With more than 30 years of legal experience, Michelle is a trusted member of the litigation team, helping clients navigate complex personal injury, medical malpractice, and wrongful death cases with compassion, dedication, and attention to detail. Since joining The Spence Law Firm in 2016, Michelle has worked closely with clients, attorneys, medical providers, experts, and court personnel to help prepare cases for trial and pursue justice for those who have been harmed. She is known for her strong client relationships, organizational skills, and unwavering commitment to ensuring that every client feels heard, supported, and cared for throughout the legal process. Throughout her career, Michelle has gained extensive experience in a variety of practice areas, including personal injury, workers' compensation, criminal defense, family law, estate planning, construction litigation, and environmental law. She is passionate about mentoring legal professionals and helping develop the next generation of paralegals. Michelle is an active member of LAW – The Wyoming Paralegal Association and proudly serves on its Board of Directors as Regional Director for Region 1. She is an alumna of Boise State University with a degree in Criminal Justice. Outside the office, Michelle's greatest joy is her family. She and her husband have been together since 2013 and cherish every opportunity to spend time with their two daughters and five grandchildren. Whether she's cheering from the sidelines at a game, attending a school event, or simply making memories together, Michelle loves being an active part of her grandchildren's lives and never misses a chance to spoil them with love. A lifelong sports fan, Michelle proudly supports the San Francisco 49ers, the Golden State Warriors, Manchester United, Boise State University, The University of Wyoming, and many other college teams. When she's not following her favorite teams, you'll likely find her enjoying the outdoors, riding ATVs, camping in the mountains, or traveling with her husband. While she loves exploring new places, the Caribbean and its beaches remain some of her favorite destinations. Michelle and her husband are passionate advocates for animals and veterans. They financially support and foster dogs through Lucky's Place Animal Shelter in Star Valley and proudly support Wounded Warrior programs and other organizations dedicated to serving veterans and their families. |
