A resource for paralegal professionals.
Join us for an in-depth CLE focused on the full lifecycle of discovery in civil litigation, from initial Rule 26 obligations through trial preparation.
Why you should attend:
You'll gain practical guidance on Rule 26 disclosures and discovery planning; written discovery, depositions, and motion practice; managing discovery disputes and proportionality; and leveraging discovery to prepare for trial.
This CLE is designed for attorneys and legal professionals seeking to sharpen their litigation skills and ensure discovery is used as a strategic tool; not just a procedural requirement.
